How to place an order

There are 3 different types of order you can place:

POST IT SERVICE
If you would like us to deliver the card directly the recipient saving you the hassle of posting later on , take a look at our new Post It service.

CUSTOM MADE CARD
If you would like us to design a brand new and unique custom made card with your ideas, just email us at samgreetcard@gmail.com. We’ll work together through a series of emails/conversation until we understand every details of your needs and translate it to the perfect card you look for.

PERSONALIZE FROM READY MADE CARD
If you wish to purchase a ready made card or personalize from a ready made card, then follow these simple steps to place an order:

STEP 1
Fill in the order form on the right panel. Check that all contact information are correct, click on the submit button.
STEP 2
Wait for our confirmation message via email or SMS regarding payment bill and delivery charges within 24 hours.
STEP 3
Make full payment to our CIMB account(details will be provided in confirmation message) within 3 days after our confirmation message.
STEP 4
Please send us a notification once you have done your payment via email: samgreetcard@gmail.com or sms:(60)12-904 7004 .
STEP 5
You are done!! Now wait for your item to reach your doorsteps!

We will post out the card using conventional mailing method within 14 days once payment is confirmed, however we do not guarantee the card would reach its destination within that time (It depends on the postman!).

If you require other posting services, a minimal charge would be added to your order depends on the location. Please refer to our Postage & Delivery Rates for more information.

Note: Do not worry about availability, since our products are made upon order, which means every item can be reproduced according to your preferences. However, please bear in mind that there would be times when the materials on a card might not be available where we'll replace the material with something similar, with your approval of course!
