This is here merely to provide a better understanding for all of us about the usage of this site! Please read through carefully.

General Policy:

• Strictly no refund once payment has been made. Exchange of item(s) sold and/or ordered is based solely on the decision of the owners of Samgreetcard. No arguments will be entertained.
• Your order will only be processed after full payment has been made and then confirmed by the owners of Samgreetcard through email confirmation.
• Your items will be posted within 14 working days from the date of confirmation of order, however, we do not guarantee the arrival of your items within that time frame(It depends on the postman!). This applies to any order below a total of 10 items, additional 7 days will be added to the time margin for every subsequent 10 items ordered.(eg, if u order 8 items= 14 days, if you order 20 items=21 days, if you order 30 items= 28 days and so on, do the maths! )
• We are not responsible for any loss or damages to the items during delivery period. Shop at your own risk! No refund/exchange will be considered.
• Items shown on images in this site is solely for promotional purposes, due to the lighting effect and image size, the actual color or size of the card may differ slightly.
• Due to the uniqueness of each item since everything is handmade, the items we reproduce will differ slightly from the original template shown in the images on this site. However, rest assured we'll try to make it as similar as possible. Please be considerate and reasonable.
• Due to limited resources, we may not be able to accomodate to every single detail of your customization for example color may vary slightly. For any other drastic changes to the design, we'll contact you personally and seek for further confirmation.
• These terms and condition shall be updated from time to time deemed necessary by the owners of Samgreetcard without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the users to check on our terms and conditions on a regular basis.

• Samgreetcard is committed to respect the privacy right of online visitors to our site. Please take note that all informations collected will not be sent to any 3rd party. Samgreetcard may also track the domains from which this site is visited and use that data to analyze for trends and statistics for our own internal business purposes. Unless otherwise required by law, Samgreetcard does not disclose any Personal Information to third parties. However, Samgreetcard reserves the right to make exceptions, such as when we believe that an emergency, illegal activity or some other reasonable basis exists for notifying or providing such information to the appropriate authorities.
