For all orders, we offer a free of charge posting which is normal post by POS Malaysia. However, we would encourage courier shipping for our customers due to large incidences of lost items.
The postage rates are as follows:
~ Post Laju - RM6 and above (duration: 1 - 2 days)
~ Post Express - RM3 and above (duration: 1 - 2 days)
~ Registered Post - RM2.50 and above (3 - 6 days)
~ Normal Post - Free of charge(4 - 7 days)
~ COD - Applicable to orders more than RM50 and within Kepong, PJ and TTDI(Malaysia) only.
For orders above RM100, we'll send you the items free of charge with the postage service of your choice(applicable to cards shipped to Malaysia with POS Malaysia only).

The Designer
Who's SamThat's me, in short for Samantha. I'm a 24 year old, working young adult who loves working with arts and crafts. To me, creating is a joy, especially pretty pieces
that comes in bright colors and beautiful prints.
How it all started?
It all started from a birthday gift ---- art tool kit for beginners. I got it from my aunt on my 16th birthday. Ever since I've been making cards and bookmarks and giving them out to friends as gifts. Later, I found myself with piles of paper scraps and "leftovers" from previous years of card making. Wanting to clear them, I decided to take whatever I got and put to good use. However it was only recently that I started making them for sale.
Why bookmark?
Because I love reading and it's my page keeper! It's small and handy, and it often possesses sentimental values that grows with time. It's affordable and a great gift to friends to remember you by. It lights me up every time, to flip open to a pretty print with a meaningful message behind.
Why greet cards?
Nothing beats the joy of receiving a handmade, self written card from someone you care or love. "Snail mail" that's what I call it. These are unique and one of a kind mail packages, that comes with a personal touch carrying lots of love. And I love making them and sharing with all.

This is here merely to provide a better understanding for all of us about the usage of this site! Please read through carefully.
General Policy:
- Strictly no refund once payment has been made. Exchange of item(s) sold and/or ordered is based solely on the decision of the owners of Samgreetcard. No arguments will be entertained.
- Your order will only be processed after full payment has been made and then confirmed by the owners of Samgreetcard through email confirmation.
- Your items will be posted within 14 working days from the date of confirmation of order, however, we do not guarantee the arrival of your items within that time frame(It depends on the postman!). This applies to any order below a total of 10 items, additional 7 days will be added to the time margin for every subsequent 10 items ordered.(eg, if u order 8 items= 14 days, if you order 20 items=21 days, if you order 30 items= 28 days and so on, do the maths! )
- We are not responsible for any loss or damages to the items during delivery period. Shop at your own risk! No refund/exchange will be considered.
- Items shown on images in this site is solely for promotional purposes, due to the lighting effect and image size, the actual color or size of the card may differ slightly.
- Due to the uniqueness of each item since everything is handmade, the items we reproduce will differ slightly from the original template shown in the images on this site. However, rest assured we'll try to make it as similar as possible. Please be considerate and reasonable.
- Due to limited resources, we may not be able to accomodate to every single detail of your customization for example color may vary slightly. For any other drastic changes to the design, we'll contact you personally and seek for further confirmation.

PERSONALIZE FROM READY MADE CARD
If you wish to purchase a ready made card or personalize from a ready made card, then follow these simple steps to place an order:
